"We are really happy with our new roof, and the job done by the Tom Leach crew! We had 4 bids done, which were all fairly comparable in price. We went with Tom Leach because I got a good vibe from Aaron, the owner, and because they charged the least (by a substantial margin) for the repairs that may be needed to the plywood under-layment. Because our existing roof was quite old, and had not been installed correctly, we were really concerned that the plywood underneath would need substantial repair/replacement. Fortunately, it was only damaged around the edges, and the Tom Leach crew took care of that, no problem!"
