Spring is right around the corner and there’s a ton to do here in Portland and in surrounding areas. Here’s a list of fifteen fun activities to do in the Pacific Northwest to celebrate spring:Crocus

March is Portland Dining Month, the month when you get three course meals for $29.00 at awesome restaurants all throughout the month.

Portland Saturday Market is back! It’s on from February 28th through December 24th. We’re so excited!

March 27th-May 3rd is the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival in Woodburn, Oregon! Tons of tulips, bulbs, food, and fun for the whole family – including the pup!

On April 4th the Oregon Zoo is hosting the Rabbit Romp. This event features candy egg hunts for children along with crafts, games, and photo opportunities.

April 11th-12th is the North Willamette Wine Trail Weekend. This is a fun event that many wineries throughout Oregon wine country are participating in.

April 11th-26 is the Hood River Valley Blossom Festival where the fruit trees all around the valley have sprung into bloom.

April 14th-20th is the Soul’d Out Music Festival here in Portland. There’s a ton of great soul artists performing all week long.

On April 18th and 19th there are three races: 18th is the Yakima Skyline Rim 50K and the 19th is the Yakima Skyline Rim 25K as well as the Race for the Roses.

May and June are the beginning of the local Portland Farmer’s Market. We’re excited to munch down on something delicious!

May 2nd, 3rd, and 5th is the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta out at Waterfront Park!

May 22nd is the Rose City Festival CityFair along with opening night fireworks. There will be fair activities, live music, tasty treats, shopping, and more.

May 30th is the Starlight Run and the Starlight Parade out in Southwest and downtown Portland.

June 3rd-7th is Fleet Week! There are public tours on a first-come basis usually in the morning and early afternoon.

June 4th-27th is Pedalpalooza which is 16 biking events all organized by the same group.

June 6th is the the Grand Floral Parade – one of the most gorgeous parts of the Rose Festival – when you get to see all the flowers and celebrate the season with a ton of other Portlanders.
