Meet The Team

At Tom Leach Roofing, we have a dedicated team that works hard to make sure the whole roofing process goes smoothly, whether you are getting a full tear-off and brand new roof, simply getting a small repair or some maintenance taken care of. Our team takes pride in what they do and want you to know you will be in good hands.

Aaron Orthmann – Owner

Aaron has been with Tom Leach Roofing since 1994. When Tom retired at the end of 2008, Aaron purchased the remainder of the company from him at that time. He is born and raised in the Pacific NW. He has been working in the roofing industry for over twenty years. He enjoys golfing, hiking, kayaking and greatly enjoys the outdoors.

Whitney Orthmann – Co-Owner

Whitney has been with Tom Leach Roofing since 2005. She oversees the office, manages all of the company finances, human resources, advertising and in general ensures all operations are running smoothly. She is also born and raised in the Pacific NW. She enjoys volunteering, hiking, reading and all things Portland.

Nancy – Office Manager

Nancy has been with Tom Leach Roofing since the beginning of 2017. She is the Office Manager. She runs production schedules, answers the phones, manages all records and is in charge of customer service. She was born in Taiwan, grew up in Australia and has lived in the US for the last 15 years. Nancy loves to draw, is an illustrator and she enjoys traveling with her husband.

Juan – Foreman

Juan has been with Tom Leach Roofing since 1999. He started as a roofing laborer and has worked his way up to foreman and now runs our roofing crew. He has over fifteen years of experience in the roofing industry and is very knowledgeable. He was born in Mexico and immigrated here in the 1990s. He is a devout animal lover, loves running and helping people in any way that he can.

Jorge – Repairman / Salesman

Jorge has been with Tom Leach Roofing since 2011. He started as a roofing laborer and has worked his way up to repairman and salesman. He has over five years’ experience in the roofing industry and is very knowledgeable in this field. He was born in Mexico and immigrated here in the 1990s. He is a very hard worker and extremely dedicated to his job and family. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, going to the gym, playing soccer and trying out new foods.
